Terms of Service
The rules that govern accounts, AI music generation, generated assets, commercial use, billing, and acceptable use on MusiCraft AI.
Last updated: June 4, 2026
MusiCraft AI is operated by Sphoten Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. These Terms apply when you access our website, app, AI music agent, generation tools, chat features, libraries, billing flows, downloads, and related services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They explain what you can do with the service, what you are responsible for, how generated content is handled, and the limits that apply to subscriptions, credits, refunds, and platform availability.
Important points
- Generated music: You are responsible for prompts, uploads, lyrics, references, releases, distribution, and commercial use decisions. AI output can be imperfect, similar across users, or unsuitable for some uses.
- Rights and review: Before publishing, monetizing, or distributing any output, review it and make sure you have the rights needed for your use case.
- Support: Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@musicraft.ai.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using MusiCraft AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any additional terms shown in the product, checkout flow, account settings, or linked policy pages. If you use the service on behalf of a company, organization, label, agency, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies when it is posted, unless a later effective date is stated.
If a checkout flow asks you to accept these Terms, completing checkout means you accepted the version linked at that time.
2. The service
MusiCraft AI provides AI-assisted tools for creating, transforming, remixing, analyzing, organizing, and managing music, lyrics, cover art, prompts, audio assets, and related media.
The service may generate or process text, lyrics, audio, stems, images, metadata, tags, task records, previews, streaming URLs, downloadable files, library assets, and other outputs based on your prompts, settings, uploads, references, selected models, and product configuration.
Some features may be experimental, gated by plan, rate-limited, region-limited, delayed, or unavailable. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features as we improve the product or respond to operational, legal, or safety requirements.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate account, contact, and billing information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share, sell, lease, transfer, or provide account access in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls. We may require verification, reset access, suspend sessions, or restrict account activity if we detect suspicious behavior.
- Use a valid email address that you control.
- Do not use another person's account without permission.
- Do not create accounts to evade bans, payment holds, limits, or enforcement actions.
4. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are under the age required to use online services in your location, you may use the service only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
The service is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account or submitted personal information, we may delete the account and related information.
5. Your submissions
Your submissions include prompts, lyrics, titles, tags, audio files, stems, vocals, recordings, images, artwork, references, style instructions, chat messages, metadata, feedback, and other materials you provide to the service.
You represent that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, consents, and releases needed to submit those materials and to use them with AI tools, storage, processing, playback, transformation, distribution, and generated outputs.
- Do not upload copyrighted songs, samples, vocals, lyrics, images, or recordings unless you have the rights required for that use.
- Do not upload a person's voice, likeness, name, image, or identifiable persona unless you have the consent required by applicable law.
- Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or personal information unless you are authorized to do so and accept the risk of processing it through the service.
6. Generated output and ownership
Subject to these Terms, your plan, payment status, feature limits, and applicable law, you may use outputs generated through the service for personal or commercial projects. This includes generated songs, lyrics, cover art, metadata, and other assets produced for your account.
AI-generated content can be probabilistic. It may contain mistakes, audio artifacts, lyrical errors, style mismatches, unexpected similarities, or elements that require human review. We do not guarantee that output is unique, copyrightable, registrable, enforceable, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from third-party claims.
Output generated for other users is not your output, even if another user submits a similar prompt and receives a similar or identical result. Your rights do not extend to the service, models, prompts created by others, system instructions, product UI, or backend infrastructure.
Commercial use depends on your plan, your payment status, your own rights in submitted material, and the laws and platform rules that apply to where you publish or monetize the work.
7. License you grant to operate the service
You grant MusiCraft AI, Sphoten Ltd, and our service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, transform, display, perform, create derivative technical versions of, and otherwise use your submissions and generated outputs as needed to operate, secure, provide, debug, improve, and support the service.
This license lets us do things like send your prompt to an AI provider, store a generated audio file, mirror a completed asset to storage, display your library, play previews, investigate abuse, process billing support, and respond to lawful requests.
We do not claim ownership of your original submissions. Feedback, suggestions, bug reports, and product ideas you send may be used without restriction or compensation.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the service in a way that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, security-threatening, or inconsistent with these Terms.
- Do not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contract, or other third-party rights.
- Do not impersonate a real person, artist, brand, label, or organization in a misleading way.
- Do not generate or distribute non-consensual voice clones, deceptive endorsements, or content designed to mislead listeners about identity or consent.
- Do not create, upload, or distribute content that is sexually exploitative, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, excessively violent, fraudulent, or unlawful.
- Do not create malware, phishing, scams, spam, credential theft, or other security abuse.
- Do not scrape, crawl, overload, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, bypass safety systems, or interfere with the integrity or availability of the service.
- Do not resell access, proxy access, or create competing services using the service unless we provide written permission.
9. Moderation and enforcement
We may review, restrict, remove, hide, block, refuse to generate, or limit access to content, accounts, tasks, or features when we believe there may be a violation of these Terms, product policy, law, provider requirements, or rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts, revoke credits, block payments, remove content, preserve records, or report conduct to authorities when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, service providers, payment partners, infrastructure, or the public.
We are not obligated to pre-screen all content. Lack of moderation does not mean content is approved for every use.
10. Paid plans, credits, and billing
Paid plans, subscription terms, credit amounts, generation limits, renewal dates, taxes, prices, and supported payment methods are shown at checkout or in the app. By purchasing, you authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method you select for the amounts shown.
Credits may be reserved when a task starts and consumed when work is completed. Credits may expire, reset, or be limited according to the plan or purchase flow. Failed platform-side generations may result in a credit return under our internal ledger rules.
Taxes, exchange rates, payment network fees, bank fees, and issuer decisions may affect the amount you see or pay. We do not store full card numbers.
11. Subscriptions, renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You may cancel through account settings, the billing portal, or another method we make available. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. In general, requests should be emailed within 24 hours after purchase to the support address listed on this page, and refunds may be limited after digital services, credits, or generated outputs have been delivered or used.
12. Third-party services
The service relies on third-party providers for AI generation, hosting, databases, object storage, content delivery, authentication, payments, analytics, email, security, and customer support. Your use of the service may be affected by those providers' availability, limits, terms, policies, and geographic coverage.
We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control. If a third-party provider changes, limits, suspends, or fails to provide a service, we may need to change how a feature works.
13. Storage, availability, and backups
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not promise permanent availability, permanent storage, uninterrupted playback, or error-free downloads. Generated assets, previews, task records, chat records, or libraries may be delayed, unavailable, corrupted, removed, or lost.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important files, releases, stems, lyrics, cover art, and finished tracks. The service is not a professional archival storage system.
14. Intellectual property complaints
If you believe content on MusiCraft AI infringes your rights, contact support@musicraft.ai with enough information for us to identify the content, understand your claim, and contact you about the request.
A useful notice includes your name, contact email, the work you claim is infringed, the URL or asset identifier at issue, the rights you own or control, and a statement that the information is accurate. We may remove or restrict content and may request additional information.
15. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that generated output will meet your creative expectations, pass distributor review, comply with every platform policy, qualify for copyright registration, avoid content matching systems, or generate revenue.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MusiCraft AI, Sphoten Ltd, our affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost content, business interruption, reputational harm, or lost opportunities.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different amount.
17. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MusiCraft AI, Sphoten Ltd, and our service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your submissions, outputs, use of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of rights.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where consumer protection law in your location requires a different rule. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer laws that cannot be waived by contract.
19. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@musicraft.ai.
